The Midland Daily News has an article previewing the Loons' season. There's an interesting -- but somewhat expected -- note on O'Koyea Dickson.
"A couple of notable hitters will not start the season with the Loons. First baseman O'Koyea Dickson, who hit .333 with 13 homers last year with Ogden, was expected to be with the Loons but did not make the opening day roster due to a hand injury suffered in spring training. Shoemaker said he did not know when Dickson would return to action."That explains why he was left off the initial roster; the same as Joc Pederson.
